Debut Film Coming to a Screen Near You!

The Dr. Pound Farmstead is proud to announce our new film: "Mercer Street, A History of Dripping Springs"; which showcases the establishment, growth and history of the buildings and historical markers along the central historical district of Dripping Springs, Texas.

This 16-minute film-media tour of the downtown Mercer street historic district broadens and deepens the understanding of the heritage and history of this Hill Country Town; serves as a wonderful learning and information tool for educators and history-buffs alike; and enriches immersive experiences for both visitors and locals. The film experience will be further enhanced by the newly revised Historic Dripping Springs Maps provided by the Historical Preservation Commission and the City of Dripping Springs. 

The film will be produced on the Dr. Pound Farmstead YouTube channel @Dr. Pound Farmstead and accessible through our website.
